As Facilities Managers, we are moving towards a more sophisticated operating environment. A new talent requirement is emerging, resulting from a tougher operational environment, forcing CRE leaders to rethink team structures and skills.
CRE leaders are constantly re-evaluating their existing teams and skills and are prepared to redesign team structures in order to reduce focus on tactical activities.
